Cumbres del Cóndor Park

A place with its own magnetism

Adjacent to the Lago Las Torres National Reserve and surrounded by mountains over 1,500 meters above sea level, Cumbres del Cóndor is part of the habitat of the Andean condor, which finds the natural conditions in these mountains to make them its home.

Spanning 475 hectares, this reserve is crossed by over 6 kilometers of watercourses, a 6-hectare peat bog, and wetlands.

It features more than 3 kilometers of Picaflor River shoreline, which, along with the Mañihuales River, offers one of the world’s most renowned fly-fishing circuits.

Covered in lush Valdivian rainforest, it hosts unique ecosystems found nowhere else in the world, home to native wildlife such as huemules, pumas, pudúes, chucaos, woodpeckers, and other magnificent birds that share this environment with Coigües, Ciprés de las Guaitecas, and Arrayanes.
