Frequent Questions and Answers

What is Proyecto Land?

Proyecto Land is a private conservation initiative aimed at protecting biodiversity, restoring damaged ecosystems, and safeguarding the country’s natural resources, while also facilitating the connection between people and nature.

Do you sell land? I want to build a plot.

No. We believe that land subdivision and conservation do not go hand in hand. The division of lands like those we seek to protect fragments the soil, causing significant and often irreversible damage to wildlife. That’s why our project is not intended for habitation and does not include the construction of properties.

How do you effectively carry out conservation?

Our parks are registered under the Real Right of Conservation (RRC), which ensures the perpetual protection of these areas. We intervene in up to 1% of them while keeping the other 99% intact or in the process of regeneration, preventing these areas from being inhabited and thus avoiding soil fragmentation, which is highly detrimental to wildlife. Depending on the condition of each park, we set goals aimed at either their restoration or conservation, which we pursue by implementing internationally validated conservation standards. These standards guide the various tasks to be carried out in our parks and allow us to evaluate the results achieved in each one.

What do I gain by investing in Proyecto Land?

Each of our parks will have Lodges distributed through a clustering model, concentrating their location in a small percentage of the land. By investing in Proyecto Land, you will have access to them several days a year across all the parks in our network. This allows you to connect closely with nature, discover new corners of the country, and bring your family closer to all that they cannot experience in their daily lives.

How many days a year can I use the lodges?

32 days a year, which you can distribute across any of our parks.

Can I bring pets to the parks?

No, pets are strictly prohibited as they can disrupt the ecosystems we are working to protect.

If I don’t invest in the project, can I still visit the parks?

Absolutely! You can explore them via the trails designed for that purpose. We want everyone to be able to experience the corners of Chile that we will be protecting.

Do you offer volunteer opportunities?

If you’re not interested in investing but want to contribute to conservation, you can participate in various activities designed for volunteers.
